Through the Mustang Public Schools Employee Assistance Program, employees can receive confidential counseling through Perspective Counseling Group. Mustang Public Schools covers the full cost of your first six counseling sessions.

Support is available for stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, family or relationship concerns, and general personal wellness.

How the EAP works

How to Get Started

  1. Complete the confidential referral form.

Provide your contact information and general scheduling availability directly to Perspective Counseling Group.

  1. Connect with the counseling team.

A member of the Perspective Counseling Group team will follow up with you regarding your request and appointment options.

  1. Schedule your first appointment.

Select an available appointment that works for your schedule.

  1. Receive up to six sessions at no cost.

Seeking support through the Employee Assistance Program is confidential. Mustang Public Schools does not receive information about why you are seeking counseling, what you discuss during a session, your care plan, or your appointment attendance.
