Title VI Tutoring

Bronco Club Information: This option is only available to grades 1-6

• Available to students currently using Bronco Club as well as those who do not
• Bronco Club cost will be covered by the Title VI program as long as the student is attending tutoring
• This option requires a 2 day per week commitment
• Students utilizing tutoring at Bronco Club are required to follow all Bronco Club contracts, policies, and procedures (Link to Bronco Club page on the right side of the page)
• One week notice required for starting or ending tutoring, drop in contract required for notice of less than 3 days
• Late pick up fees apply to be paid by the parent

Title VI K-6 Tutoring FAQs

Why does tutoring take place during Bronco Club?
Our main priority, other than providing resources for our students, is to keep them safe. Bronco Club provides a controlled environment where students are accounted for at all times and are only released to approved adults provided by the parent/guardian in their ELEYO account.

Do I have to pay for tutoring?
No. The Title VI Program will cover the cost of Bronco Club for students on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as long as they are receiving tutoring, as well as the cost of the tutor. However, you are subject to any late pick up fees, per Bronco Club policies.

Does tutoring last the entire Bronco Club time frame?
Tutors have been encouraged to complete tutoring towards the beginning of Bronco Club. You can communicate directly with your tutor for a more specific idea of when your student will be finished.

My student already attends Bronco Club, so do I need to submit an additional Bronco Club Contract?
Yes. In order to keep track of all of our Title VI students, you must also have a Title VI Enrichment Bronco Club contract on file.

Can my student receive tutoring outside of Bronco Club?
Tutors have been instructed not to schedule in person tutoring sessions outside of Bronco Club for the safety of the students. If your student misses tutoring, or is unavailable one day, you may reach out to the tutor to see if they are willing to do a virtual session.

When can my student start tutoring?
Students can start tutoring 7 days after their Bronco Club Contract is submitted. If they are not yet on the Bronco Club roster, and they show up to Bronco Club, the staff will call you and ask you to come pick them up.

My student feels caught up and no longer needs tutoring. What do I do?
You need to submit a withdrawal form in ELEYO 7 days prior to your student’s expected final day of tutoring.
