Welcome to the Mustang High School Course Registration website. This site is designed to help students and families explore course options through the lens of Career Pathways, allowing students to connect their interests to future opportunities.
At Mustang High School, courses are organized into Career Pathways that group related classes, skills, and career fields together. These pathways help students see how individual courses build toward real world careers, college programs, and postsecondary goals.
Class Registration will begin on Friday, February 13, 2026.
Please do not attempt to enter courses prior to that date.

How To Register For Classes:
Incoming 9th-11th Grade:
1. Class Registration is now accessible (see MHS Class Registration below).
Before registering, be sure to review the Class Presentations in the tab above. Here you will find step-by-step instructions for you and your student to successfully complete the class registration process.
2. Class Registration will be completed in two steps as Mustang High School transitions to new graduation requirements.
Step 1: Complete the MHS Career Pathway Planner (See the class presentations for detailed instructions)
Once you have reviewed your students' presentation information, scroll down to the MHS Career Pathway Planner to complete the required information.
Step 2: Complete the paper course selection form that your student will bring home after their class meetings.
Paper forms will be submitted to your designated Counselor during your one-on-one meetings.
3. Please reach out to the Mustang High School Counseling office with specific questions regarding Class Registration. Contact information is available on the Mustang High School Counseling Website.
4. Please take a screenshot of the "Submission Complete" page.

MPS Virtual/Blended Instruction Applications will be available on your Parent Portal account under Forms in the left navigation menu. Choose the form named "2026-2027 FALL Virtual Instruction Application for Mustang High School" or "2026-2027 FALL Blended Instruction Application for Mustang High School," complete the form, and submit.

This pathway is focused on working with plants, animals, food, and the environment. It includes careers that help grow our food, care for animals, and protect natural resources like land and water.
Workers in the agriculture, food, and natural resources cluster produce products and processes—from raising food and textile crops to breeding livestock and hunting wild game; from mining ore below the earth’s surface, to hazardous waste removal and wildlife conservation. Historic trends are giving way to new developments in this cluster.

This pathway focuses on careers that help people stay healthy and care for others. It includes jobs in medicine, nursing, therapy, lab work, public health, and other healthcare fields.
The primary work of careers in the health science cluster is to treat patients facing illness or injury—whether to cure or rehabilitate from a condition, to maintain wellness, or to provide comfort or palliative care to persons dealing with incurable conditions. The healthcare industry is booming, and experts predict healthcare careers will continue to grow rapidly for at least the next decade.

This pathway focuses on careers in creating, designing, and sharing ideas through art, media, and technology. It includes jobs in the visual arts, music, film, broadcasting, graphic design, and digital communications.
Careers in the Arts, Audio/Video Technology, and Communications cluster focus on designing, producing, exhibiting, performing, writing, and publishing multimedia content, including visual and performing arts and design, journalism, and entertainment services.

The Transportation, Distribution, and Logistics cluster is about moving people and goods quickly, safely, and at low cost from one location to another. Workers in this industry design transportation systems, operate or repair equipment, plan material movements, and manage product storage. Transportation systems included in this cluster include aircraft, railroad, waterways, over-the-road, and pipelines.

The purpose of the energy industry is to produce, manage, distribute, and use energy safely, reliably, and efficiently. The Energy Pathway focuses on careers connected to electricity generation, renewable energy systems, power transmission, oil and gas operations, and energy conservation. This field blends science, technology, engineering, and safety practices to support communities, businesses, and infrastructure.
Energy careers span a wide range of settings, including power plants, utility companies, renewable energy facilities, industrial sites, and field operations. Many roles involve working with complex systems, monitoring performance, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The purpose of the Multi-Disciplinary Pathway is to prepare students for careers that draw from multiple fields of study rather than fitting into a single traditional career cluster. This pathway combines skills and knowledge from areas such as STEM, health, business, communications, agriculture, technology, and the arts, allowing students to explore flexible and emerging career opportunities.
The Multi-Disciplinary Pathway supports students whose interests span several disciplines or whose future career goals require a broad, adaptable skill set. Courses within this pathway encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem solving, all of which are essential in today’s evolving workforce.
Examples of Occupation Connections: Careers connected to this pathway often blend technical expertise with communication, leadership, design, or analytical skills. Examples of occupational connections may include roles in entrepreneurship, digital media, data analysis, project coordination, research, education, technology integration, and interdisciplinary engineering or science. Concurrent Enrollment Information
Through Concurrent Enrollment (CE), high school juniors and seniors can enroll in college classes and earn college credit while still in high school. Choosing CE allows you to explore areas of academic interest, challenge yourself and gain valuable experiences and college credit before you graduate from high school.

Every concurrent enrollment student at MHS is required to complete this form as their first step. NOTE: This link will ONLY work with a student's school email and log in. Once the student portion is completed, the student's parent/guardian will receive an email (the contract isn't complete until the student and the parent portion are both finished/submitted).
Concurrent Enrollment is a multistep process starting with this online form but students also need to APPLY TO one of the following colleges and then complete that college's concurrent forms as well.

Concurrent Enrollment
Through Concurrent Enrollment (CE), high school juniors and seniors can enroll in college classes and earn college credit while still in high school. Choosing CE allows you to explore areas of academic interest, challenge yourself and gain valuable experiences and college credit before you graduate from high school.

Every concurrent enrollment student at MHS is required to complete this form as their first step. NOTE: This link will ONLY work with a student's school email and log in. Once the student portion is completed, the student's parent/guardian will receive an email (the contract isn't complete until the student and the parent portion are both finished/submitted).
Concurrent Enrollment is a multistep process starting with this online form but students also need to APPLY TO one of the following colleges and then complete that college's concurrent forms as well.

This pathway is focused on working with plants, animals, food, and the environment. It includes careers that help grow our food, care for animals, and protect natural resources like land and water.
Workers in the agriculture, food, and natural resources cluster produce products and processes—from raising food and textile crops to breeding livestock and hunting wild game; from mining ore below the earth’s surface, to hazardous waste removal and wildlife conservation. Historic trends are giving way to new developments in this cluster.
Examples of Occupation Connections: Water Resource Specialist, Biological Technicians, Foresters, Farmers/Ranchers, Food Scientist, Farm Equipment Mechanics, Animal Breeders, Agricultural Equipment Operators.

- Class Registration is accessible on your Parent Portal account.
Parent Portal Login Page - Class Registration cannot be completed using the PowerSchool app on your mobile device.
It must be completed in a browser window (chrome, firefox, safari, etc.). - Please reach out to Mustang High School with specific questions regarding Class Registration. Contact information is available on the Mustang High School website (see below).
- MPS Virtual/Blended Instruction Applications will be available on your Parent Portal account under Forms in the left navigation menu. Choose the form named "2026-2027 FALL Virtual Instruction Application for Mustang High School" or "2026-2027 FALL Blended Instruction Application for Mustang High School," complete the form and Submit.
