Tuition Payment Policy
Autopay is now required for all customers. If autopay is removed and/or payment does not process three times for any reason, the customer’s contract may be subject to cancellation.
Invoices will be sent every Friday and are due every Tuesday by 11:59pm for the following week’s tuition. If autopayment is not successfully processed a late fee of $20 will be charged. If payment is still not received by Wednesday at 1:00pm the week before the child’s scheduled attendance, the child may not attend the following Monday.
Change and Withdrawal Requests
Need-to-Know for Parents
1. Contract Start Date: Be sure to know the start date of your contract and inform the classroom teacher and school accordingly about the day your child will begin attending Bronco Club.
2. Tuition Payments: Tuition is due on the Tuesday prior to attendance. Invoices are sent via email every Friday, and payment must be made by the following Tuesday. Late fees will apply to any payments received after Tuesday.
3. Pickup Location: Your child's Bronco Club pickup location is listed in your confirmation email. If you cannot find this information, please feel free to contact our office at 405-376-7838. Please remember to have your driver's license ready when picking up your child.
4. Communication Channels: We use Email, Text Messaging, and Facebook to share information. Please set your account to receive text messages and join our Facebook page to stay updated.
5. Absences: It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to notify the District Bronco Club office if your child will be absent on their scheduled day. Please contact us either by email at broncoclub@mustangps.org or by phone at 405-376-7838 or 405-376-7843.
6. Drop-In Care:
- Notify us three (3) days in advance if you plan to use drop-in care.
- Upon approval, your account will be invoiced.
- Drop-in care is $28 per day ($23 for children currently enrolled in our after school program).
- All fees must be paid prior to attendance, or you will be required to pick up your child.
7. Any Schedule Changes:
- It is the parent's responsibility to inform the school and teacher of changes to their child's Bronco Club routine.
- A schedule change must be submitted seven (7) days in advance for any changes to your child’s contract schedule.
- A $5 processing fee will be charged for each contract schedule change.
8. Text Messaging:
- We use text messages to relay important information regarding closures and other updates.
- Add these numbers to your contacts to ensure you receive our messages: (866) 603-6935 and (855) 909-4783.
- We only send necessary updates, never marketing texts.

The Bronco Club After School program is offered to children Pre-K through 6th grade at the school they are attending.
Children may be enrolled for 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Children must attend the same days each week. At the time of acceptance into the program, your contract will be approved, and you will be charged the $25 non-refundable registration fee.
Our elementary program is intricately designed to cater to the unique needs and characteristics of our young learners. Engaging in thoughtfully planned activities, children are provided with a structured environment that promotes optimal physical, mental, and social development. Emphasis is placed on fostering each child's positive self-image and cultivating a sense of independence.
Pre-K space is limited to 10 spots per site. Once 10 children have been enrolled, a wait list will be created until additional staff can be hired for this age group.
**The Bronco Club program is not available at the Mustang Education Center.
Our intermediate program caters specifically to young adults in grades 5-6, prioritizing the development of character, fostering positive self-image, and instilling the values necessary to become successful contributors to our community. The curriculum is meticulously crafted to inspire growth and hands-on experiences, particularly in the domains of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Our approach integrates educational rigor with engaging activities to provide a holistic learning environment that equips students with the skills and mindset essential for both academic and personal success.
When schools or grades are place on a wait list, It is impossible for us to predict how quickly our waiting list will progress. Therefore, we can NOT give an approximate entry date. When a space becomes available, we will contact you to verify your spot is still needed. Every effort will be made to get in contact with you. If we are unable to connect with you within three (3) days, we will move to the next family on our list.

Summer Camp enrollment is open.
Our summer camp program consists of nine individual weeks throughout the summer with a different theme each week. Children who have completed Pre-K thru 5th grade can enjoy weeklong journeys into the world of Exploration, Engineering, Architecture, Art, Communication and much, much more. Parents may sign their children up for all of the summer weeks or just choose the ones that work for their schedule.
Each week, BC goes to the Mustang Aquatic Center and then an extra field trip. Children enjoy outdoor play along with indoor free play as well. Our activities are academically based with STEM projects, Breakout EDU, Mindworks activities, etc. Field trips may consist of an onsite event or guest speaker.

Counselor in Training (CIT)
Our CIT (Counselors-In-Training) program is designed to help mold our youth into the leaders of tomorrow. This program is for young ladies and gentlemen who will be entering 8th or 9th grade and is interested in summer leadership opportunities.
CITs will gain valuable experience working along-side with our BC Coordinators, Certified Teachers, and Teachers’ Assistants at summer camp. Bronco Club is looking for applicants who are self-starters and willing to learn. By assisting staff, CITs develop skills to communicate effectively, experience working with youth, strengthen leadership skills, and become mentors. CIT duties will be to help teachers to prepare activities, mentor kids through activities, and clean-up activities throughout the day camp.
Program Details- Eligibility - students entering 8th-9th grade
- Must complete the application
- An application does not guarantee acceptance
- Candidates are chosen based on application, references, academic standing, available spots, etc.
- Candidates should enjoy being outdoors and working with kids, certified teachers, & teachers’ assistants
- Candidates must be available all 5 days for each week of camp they are assigned
- CITs will be assigned 2-4 depending on the number of candidates accepted to the program
- CITs must give a 48-hour notice if they are not going to be able to fulfill their duties
- All CITs will work the first week of camp
- Camp hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00-6:00. CITs should report by 7:30 – leave no earlier than 5:00
- CITs must have their own transportation to and from Bronco Club
- There are no camp expenses for the weeks the CITs are assigned to work
- CITs will receive a community service certificate and be recognized at the September board meeting

Bronco Club After School hours:
Elementary schools 2:40-5:40pm and Intermediate schools 3:05-6:05pm.
Bronco Club Summer Camp hours:
Camp runs from 7:00am - 6:00pm. Summer camp shifts are half day shifts (7:00-12:30pm and 12:30-6:00pm). Shifts are scheduled 2 weeks prior to each camp week.
Rate of pay: $12.00-$27.00/hour

Bronco Club - It's not just a daycare!
Our elementary program is designed for children in grades Pre-K through 4 and is geared to meet the needs and characteristics of our elementary children. Our intermediate program is designed for our young adults in grades 5-6 and focuses on character building, positive self-image and becoming a successful member of our community. Activities encourage growth and hands on experiences in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Each week, BC goes to the Mustang Aquatic Center and then an extra field trip. Children enjoy outdoor play along with indoor free play as well. Our activities are academically based with STEM projects, Breakout EDU, Mindworks activities, etc. The Bronco Book Bus also visits us regularly allowing students to check out, read and return books during the Summer months.
We have even created something special for our young teen students in the summer. Students going into 8th and 9th grade can apply to be a "CIT"--Counselor in Training. They will be able to attend camp and assist our teachers with activities throughout the week.
We are excited about the upcoming new year and can't wait to see the friendships that are formed and successes our Bronco Club children will reach.

All Change, Withdrawal, and Drop-In requests are handled within the Eleyo system.
**Seven day notice is required for all Change and Withdrawal requests.
**Three day notice is required for all Drop-In requests. Drop-in rate for new attendees is $25; rate for current attendees is $20 per day.
*Added days and Drop-Ins cannot be accommodated for sites with waiting lists.

COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING
We are happy to announce the return of our Counselor-In-Training, for our to be 8th and 9th graders. The CIT program offers pre-teens the opportunity to develop leadership and program skills. CITs will work alongside Summer Bronco Club teachers and staff helping to organize games and activities with the campers and assist with other daily responsibilities.
