Use of Facilities

Mustang Public Schools invites our community members to rent our facilities. Fees are used to cover the cost of utilities and wear and tear on the buildings. Please take a moment and download the fillable PDF form on this page. Once you have the form completed and the other necessary documents, please return the form to Alan Green, Chief Operations Officer via email (see below) or fax to 405-256-6942. The hard copy can also be dropped off at the Mustang Schools Administration Building (MERC), 909 S. Mustang Rd, Mustang, from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

MPS Use of Facility Guidelines

The Mustang Public School Board of Education believes that the primary use of school buildings, facilities, grounds, and equipment is for the educational program. Approval must be secured before any MPS facility can be utilized. No facility may be used at times when it will interfere with school activities or the general operation of the District.

MPS does not reserve the use of the outdoor playgrounds or fields at the intermediate and elementary sites. However, if a team wants to use any particular site for a team practice, MPS requests that a Use of Facility packet be completed and on file with the district. These fields are to be used on a first-come, first-served basis only. Any and all teams that use MPS fields must work with each other to create an area for their teams to practice. 

No team has an exclusive right or reservation of any field at MPS. MPS reserves the right to revoke any use of facility for cause.
