Comanche Nation Chairman Visits MNMS Native Students

Comanche Nation Chairman and US Army veteran, Mark Woommavovah, speaking to Native students.

Comanche Nation Chairman and US Army veteran, Mark Woommavovah, visited with Native students about his role as the leader of a sovereign tribal nation and how his culture has impacted his life and career. Students listened attentively, hung out, ate pizza, asked questions, and a few impromptu foot race challenges took place. It was great to have Mark come by! Huge thanks to Katy Patterson and MPS Indian Education for putting this together!
