MHS Mock Trial prevailed in 3/4 Ballots on Monday February 2nd with a total score of 406! Our Defense team split the ballot and our Plaintiff team outright prevailed. ((Last year the team scored 343 and prevailed on 1 ballot. THIS IS HUGE PROGRESS! ))
Judge Charles Gass has graciously volunteered his time in coaching up the team and graciously allowed us to practice in his courtroom. Our student attorneys and witnesses have done an incredible amount of preparation. We didn't even let snow or ice stop us - we did a LOT of virtual meetings & Saturdays on campus or in court.
Mr. Teague states, "I believe that we have a strong mock trial team because we have an amazing school and incredible teachers mentoring and teaching everyday. Thank you teachers!"
