#TMSG - Our MHS FFA earned the National 3 Star Award for the first time in program history! Pictured here current president, Emery Bowers, and immediate past president, Annie Ames, accepted Mustang's National 3 Star plaque. And that's not all!
Annie Ames and Emery Bowers (who filled in for Kate Dillon) placed 7th in the nation in the Agriscience Fair in the Animal Systems Division 6, earning a gold medal. Their project looked into the impact of higher protein content on the efficiency of poultry production.
Kyla Bonds and Makenna Branson placed 8th in the nation in Agriscience Fair in the Plant Systems Division 4, earning a silver medal. Their project looked into the efficiency of alternative growing methods, taking specific grow space availability into consideration.
