This past weekend 28 members of our Mustang High School Key Club attended the 77th annual Texas-Oklahoma Leadership Convention in Texas.  Out of more than 20,000 members across the T-O District, our remarkable students placed 11th overall. Even while competing against some of the largest schools in both Texas and Oklahoma, our students demonstrated that passion, heart, and a commitment to service are what truly set them apart.

These students embody the values of service, leadership, and community involvement in all that they do. Throughout the year, they generously dedicate their time, energy, and talents to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. This past year we had over 6,000 hours of service volunteered in our club by the members.  Witnessing their growth into thoughtful, driven, and capable young leaders is truly one of the most rewarding elements of my career.

Here are just a few of the incredible achievements our club is bringing home from this year’s 2026 Leadership Convention:

 Top Awards and Recognitions:

These students are shaping the future, not only for themselves, but for their communities and beyond.
