MHS Teacher Emily Odom Featured in Inaugural Central Alumni Exhibition

Mustang High School is proud to celebrate their very own art teacher, Emily Odom, who was recently featured in the inaugural Central Alumni Exhibition at the University of Central Oklahoma’s Melton Gallery.

Odom submitted two pieces of artwork to the exhibition, and both were accepted for inclusion in the show—a wonderful accomplishment and recognition of her talent as an artist.

The exhibition featured artwork from 31 UCO alumni and showcased a wide variety of media, including photography, video and expanded media, drawing, painting, sculpture, fiber and more. The featured artists represented UCO graduates from programs and degrees across the university, spanning 1970 through 2026.

As an MHS art teacher, Odom continues to share her passion for creativity and the arts with Mustang students. Her participation in this exhibition is a reflection of the talent, creativity and expertise she brings to the Mustang High School community.

Congratulations, Mrs. Odom, on having both of your pieces accepted into this inaugural exhibition!

We are proud to have you representing Mustang High School!
