I have been a resident of Mustang since 6th grade, this is my hometown and I'm very proud of it. It has been a wonderful journey through life being able to raise my family in Mustang, watch all five of our children graduate from MHS, and go into successful careers. I am very blessed to have found my Prince Charming early in life, we have celebrated 36 years of marriage- he will always be my high-school sweetheart! The Love for my Lord and Savior is a powerful force in my life and is my saving grace.  We have 7 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. the oldest 2 are sophomores this year and playing football, WOW doesn't life go by fast?! My Teaching career began in 1989 where I taught 4th grade at OCCA, followed by owning a home day care for 11 years and a house cleaning business for 4 years. Homeschooling my children for 4 of those years in between was a wonderful experience. I joined the MPS for the 2003-2004 school year and have been here ever since. It all began with PE, then turned towards Alternative Education classes at North, followed by 4 years of teaching amazing 4th graders at ME. When the Theatre position opened I new that was my last turn. This is a wonderful opportunity for me to work in a field I love, teaching a craft I am passionate about! My theatre resume is fabulously long, and I'd be more than thrilled to have you come visit me for any theatrical performance in the metro. I have actually had the privilege of working in several plays with students who attend MPS. I am ready to begin a new year and look forward to working with my students.
