We will be using ClassDojo to track behaviors. Each day the students will earn Dojos. If the student does something positive the teacher may reward him or her with a positive Dojo. However, if the student misbehaves he or she will receive a "needs work" Dojo. At the end of the week if the student has 70% or more of positive Dojos he or she will be able to participate in Fun Day Friday activities. They will also have the opportunity to spend their Dojo points on Treasure Box items. On Friday we will have fun and educational activities for the students. Students who do not have enough positive Dojos will not be allowed to participate in Fun Day Friday activities. Instead they will work on classwork. Parents may keep track of their students' Dojos by downloading the ClassDojo App and entering your parent code. If you did not receive your parent code contact me and I will send it to you. Dojo is also a great tool to use to communicate with me, the teacher, about your student and to keep updated on classroom announcements.
