General Class Information
Grades
Grades will be a
combination of homework, class participation, quizzes, projects, unit
test, and major test. Each assignment will be worth a certain
number of points; your grade will be based on the number of points you
earn divided by the total number of points possible. Students
will be given their current average only after they have taken a quiz
or a test. I will mail an
individual progress report home when your child has a below average
grade for your awareness to the matter.
Extra Credit is only provided on a test or a quiz based on
cultural information for the unit or additional things done in class.
Students
will receive a written (report card) @ mid-term and semester.
Please notice those dates on the school calendar. The grades are
based on the district student handbook.
