How to enroll a new student at Mustang High School
  1. Pick up a packet at the Mustang Education Resource Center or download and print a packet from  http://www.mustangps.org/enrollment.aspx
  2. Complete packet and be sure to include:  birth certificate, shot records and 2 current proofs of residence, transcript, withdrawal form, legal documents, immunization records.
  3. When packet is complete and all required documents are included, take your packet to the Mustang Education and Resource Center at 909 S. Mustang Road, Mustang OK.  (Summer Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. M-R and 7:30 - 11:00 a.m. Friday through July 22nd). Hours may vary during peak enrollment times. 
  4.  The high school will contact parents to set up an appointment throughout the summer, as they receive student records from central  enrollment.
