She comes with loads of experience when it comes to developing athletes both physically and mentally. Boles comes to Mustang from Yukon Public Schools where she coached and taught her first three years in public education. During her stint at Yukon she coached basketball, track and softball. Her classroom roll was teaching Health and Anatomy of Sports in addition to coaching female strength and conditioning at the middle and high school levels.

Prior to Yukon, Boles worked for USA Softball where she served as the ASA Hall of Fame Complex Event Manager directing such events as the Women’s World Series as well as the World Cup of Softball (2012-2016). She also served as a leader in the ASA/USA Softball Junior Olympic program.

After her playing days she served as the Director of Softball Operations for the University of Oklahoma Softball program under Patty Gasso from 2006-2012. She was a part of the staff during their 2011 and 2012 WCWS runs.
