I have taught at Mustang High School for several years beginning in the fall of 2004. I retired in 2013 and returned as a teacher for the 2014-2015 school year, spring 2019, and now as a full time teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. Subjects that I have taught include Chemistry I, AP Environmental Science, and Physical Science. In the interim years I have done substitute teaching and driving a bus for activities. My background was originally with Texaco in the oil and gas industry where for over twenty years I was classified as a chemist. I also worked three years as an environmental coordinator and five years as a gas plant laboratory technician.
My wife and I have lived in the Mustang area for seventeen years and she along with her brothers and sisters and numeous nieces and nephews have all graduated from Mustang High School. She and I both graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. We have two sons, one in Norman and the other in Mustang. My wife has taught some elementary school but is now a housewife.
