Nutrikids Online PrePayment Users:
If you are not receiving your “low balance” alerts, please check the following:
Have you set up new software or has your Internet Service Provider made changes? If so, there is a possibility that your computer sees incoming e-mails from support@mynutrikids.com as spam.
Go to your Spam or Junk folder and see if information coming in from support@mynutrikids.com is being automatically routed to that folder. If so, your low balance alerts would be going there. Often times things put in that folder are set to be automatically trashed…you might never see them…
If you find support@mynutrkids.com in the spam or junk folder, you would need to choose “not spam” or do a right click and make support@mynutrikids.com a “trusted sender” or put them on your “white list” and send to in box. Different internet service providers ( AOL, Time Warner, Com Cast, etc.) would all have different wording to change the classification of an email.
Also, if you are using a public computer, such as the library computer or possibly your work computer, you may not receive low balance alerts, depending on what firewalls the company has set up.
I do a MyNutrikids transfer several times during the day (around 7 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and again at 4 p.m.) to receive any deposits made. If you attempt to look at your child’s account during the exact time I’m doing my transfer, you will not see any history. The history will be blocked until the transfer is complete. I would suggest waiting 30 minutes and then access the system again.
If you have questions, please call our office at 376-7317, or you can e-mail Nutrikids directly by going to “contact us” at the bottom of the screen in the program, and sending them an e-mail. They are usually very good to respond in a timely manner.
Thanks for using Nutrikids online prepayments! It is a very good program that helps us get kids through the lunch line faster and enables you to look at your child’s account! It is, however, a computer program with issues like all others, so your patience is very much appreciated!
